GOOWEI ENERGY gel batteries of the DZM - DEEP CYCLE series are produced under the private brand of our company. Based on many years of experience in the field of batteries, we, in cooperation with the manufacturer, emphasized the high quality of the materials used (purity of lead), long cyclic life (extra-thick cell grids) and maximum reliability and safety of the batteries in operation. These are sealed lead-acid batteries in the VRLA design. Hybrid GEL technology = the electrolyte is reinforced in a hybrid gel (combination with AGM), and thus it is firmly bound in the interior of the battery cells, which eliminates its leakage. The extra-thick cell grid ensures very high cyclic resistance (around 600 cycles at 80% D.O.D = depth of discharge 80%), which makes these batteries suitable for applications where frequent and deep discharge / cycling occurs, i.e. mainly for electric motor drives. Cycle life of GOOWEI ENERGY DZM - DEEP CYCLE batteries: approximately 1200 cycles / 50% D.O.D. (50% D.O.D. = depth of discharge 50%) at 25°C.
To achieve optimal battery life in cyclic operation, it is necessary to respect the maximum permissible depth of discharge of 80% D.O.D. specified by the CSN EN61044 standard.
