OptiMATE Pro 4-S is a unique automatic 6-state charger including diagnostic tests and an automatic special recovery mode for deeply discharged (sulfated) batteries.
Up to 4 12V batteries are charged simultaneously and independently and are automatically assessed through 3 selectable programs:

1. STD - for motorcycle batteries with topping up as well as for automotive batteries either sealed or with topping up. STD is the automatic (default) choice.
2. MF - for sealed (maintenance-free) performance batteries for sports vehicles designed with AGM plate separators (either separated acid or WET - filled at the factory). The MF program guarantees quick activation of charging of all popular AGM "MF" batteries delivered in a dry state, such as Yuasa YTX types using the necessary specific correction factor, or their rapid recharging, as well as newer models such as GT12B-4, YTZ series, etc. It is important to ensure that AGM MF batteries are fully charged before installation.
3. DC - for Hawker gel electrolyte starter batteries - Odyssey and Genesis (current AGM) and deep cycle batteries used for backup or engines (electric trucks, trolleybuses, etc.) In the two charging sections of the OptiMATE Pro 4-S, the batteries can be charged (optionally) 1.2A or 3A or 5A in the "increased" constant current charging stage, while in the remaining two sections they can be charged with a current of 1.2A or 3A.
